为了把技术诊断的费用和占地面积减到最小,应尽可能用一、二个有代表性的综合参数来评价一个总成(如发动机)的技术状况。只有当这个参数不合格时,才对该总成的单项参数作进一步的检查。对于汽车来说,可以把发动机的有效功率和车轮功率作为评价汽车技术状况的综合参数,并通过测量值和基准值的比较来发现故障和初步判断故障的类别、部位和原因。
In order to minimize the cost and footprint of technical diagnostics, one or two representative, comprehensive parameters should be used to evaluate the technical condition of an assembly (such as an engine) whenever possible.
