介绍了图形信息的扫描输入及处理技术，这种新技术可为实现既有工程图形信息的自动化管理、应用计算机辅助设计技术、建立地理信息系统的地面数字模型以及测绘数字化提供新的手段。
This paper introduces the scanning input and processing technology of graphic information. This new technology can provide new methods for the automatic management of existing engineering graphic information, application of computer aided design technology, establishment of terrestrial digital model of geographic information system and digitization of surveying and mapping.
