高职教育是高等教育的一种类型,“职业能力”的培养是高职教育的核心,它主要体现专业能力,方法能力,社会能力,而培养的内涵是课程体系的建设;一体化教室支持了基于工作过程的系统化课程体系的教学活动,一体化教室构建了工作的真实环境,使教学的三要素即学生,教师和教学情境之间发生了根本性的变化,这个“变化”使高职教育更加丰富,更加切合实际,达到培养职业能力的目的。韩国的“一体化教室”建设经验带给我们许多思考和启示。
Higher vocational education is a type of higher education. The cultivation of “professional competence” is the core of higher vocational education. It mainly embodies the professional ability, method ability and social ability, and the connotation of cultivation is the construction of the curriculum system. The classroom supports the teaching activities of the systematic curriculum system based on the working process. The integrated classroom constructs the real environment of the work so that fundamental changes have taken place in the three elements of teaching, that is, students, teachers and teaching situations. This “change ”Make higher vocational education richer and more realistic, to achieve the purpose of cultivating professional ability. South Korea’s “all-in-one classroom ” building experience brings us many thinking and inspiration.
