目的 :研究原发头颈部鳞癌及相应癌旁组织中端粒酶活性表达 ,探讨其作为头颈部鳞癌分子生物学标志物的可能性。方法 :采用 TRAP- PCR- EL ISA,对 32例原发头颈部鳞癌及 15例癌旁组织进行端粒酶活性检测。结果 :32例原发头颈部鳞癌中 ,2 7例端粒酶活化 ,阳性率为 84.4% ;15例癌旁组织中 5例端粒酶活化 ,阳性率为33.3%。有淋巴结累及者端粒酶阳性率 (86 .7% )高于无淋巴结累及者 (82 .4% ) ,低分化鳞癌中端粒酶阳性率(90 % )高于中高分化磷癌端粒酶阳性率 (81.8% ) ,但差异均无显著性。端粒酶活性与肿瘤原发部位、临床分期无相关性。结论 :端粒酶活化与头颈部鳞癌的发生发展有密切关系 ,其可望成为头颈部鳞癌的分子生物学标志物。
Objective: To study the expression of telomerase activity in primary head and neck squamous cell carcinoma and its corresponding paracancerous tissues, and to explore its potential as a molecular biomarker of head and neck squamous cell carcinoma. Methods: TRAP-PCR-ELISA was used to detect the telomerase activity in 32 cases of primary head and neck squamous cell carcinoma and 15 cases of paracancerous tissues. Results: In 32 cases of primary head and neck squamous cell carcinoma, telomerase activation was found in 27 cases, and the positive rate was 84.4%. The telomerase activity in 5 cases of paracancerous tissues was 33.3%. The positive rate of telomerase with lymph node involvement (86.7%) was higher than that without lymph node involvement (82.4%), the telomerase positive rate (90%) was higher in poorly differentiated squamous cell carcinoma Enzyme positive rate (81.8%), but the difference was not significant. Telomerase activity and tumor primary site, clinical stage no correlation. Conclusion: The activation of telomerase is closely related to the occurrence and development of squamous cell carcinoma of the head and neck, which is expected to become a molecular biomarker of head and neck squamous cell carcinoma.
