目的研究采用闪式提取法提取石仙桃果中总黄酮的最佳工艺。方法以乙醇-水为提取体系,采用闪式提取法,探究提取次数、乙醇浓度、液料比和提取时间等对石仙桃中总黄酮提取的影响,确立最佳条件。结果各因素对石仙桃果中总黄酮提取量的影响程度大小为提取次数>液料比>乙醇体积分数>提取时间。石仙桃果中总黄酮的最佳提取工艺条件为提取次数3次,提取时间3min,液料比35∶1,乙醇体积分数80%。在最佳工艺条件下进行验证性实验,石仙桃果中的总黄酮平均提取量可达15.19mg/g,RSD=1.08%(n=3)。结论闪式提取法适合于石仙桃果中总黄酮的快速提取,为石仙桃果的开发利用提供了高效的新方法。
Objective To study the best extraction process of total flavonoids from Fructus Mori by flash extraction. Methods Taking ethanol - water as the extraction system, the flash extraction method was used to investigate the effects of extraction times, ethanol concentration, liquid to material ratio and extraction time on the extraction of total flavonoids from Ficus amurensis. The optimal conditions were established. Results The effect of various factors on the extraction of total flavonoids from Ficus beryllium was determined by the number of extractions> liquid-solid ratio> ethanol volume fraction> extraction time. The optimal extraction conditions for the total flavonoids in the peach blossom peach is 3 times of extraction, 3 minutes of extraction, 35 to 1 of liquid to liquid ratio and 80% of ethanol volume fraction. Under the optimum conditions, the average amount of total flavonoids extracted from peach was 15.19 mg / g, RSD = 1.08% (n = 3). Conclusion The flash extraction method is suitable for the rapid extraction of total flavonoids from Ficus pumila and provides a new efficient method for the development and utilization of Ficus microcarpa.
