针对低信噪比下二进制偏移载波(BOC)调制信号的参数估计问题,提出利用该信号的循环平稳特性进行参数估计的方法.首先推导出基带BOC信号的谱相关函数,然后利用线性周期时变变化的特性得到BOC调制信号的谱相关函数,最后根据该信号循环频率截面的特点,实现对伪码速率、副载波速率和载频的估计.在信号谱相关实现的过程中,采用基于累加平均的频域平滑循环周期图法以达到降噪和精确估计的目的.仿真分析表明:当数据长度为8 192,信噪比为-16dB时可实现载频的有效估计,在信噪比分别大于-15dB和-11.5dB时,可完成副载波速率和伪码速率的有效估计,此时归一化均方根误差均小于0.1.
