细菌耐药现象日益严重 ,如何降低耐药菌产生和怎样治疗耐药菌感染是一个世界性难题。近 10年来人们发现了 β 防御素 ,它具有广谱抗微生物作用 ,除了极个别病原体对其天然耐药外 ,未发现获得性耐药菌 ,下面主要对人 β 防御素 1、β 防御素 2、β 防御素 3的分子结构、生物学活性、基因表达调控、β 防御素在下呼吸道抗感染中的作用及展望进行综述。
The phenomenon of bacterial resistance is becoming more and more serious. How to reduce the production of resistant bacteria and how to treat resistant bacterial infections is a worldwide problem. In the past 10 years, β-defensins have been found, which has broad-spectrum antimicrobial effect. In addition to its natural resistance to a few individual pathogens, no acquired drug-resistant bacteria are found. The following are mainly for human β-defensin 1, β defensin 2 , Β defensin 3 molecular structure, biological activity, gene expression regulation, β defensins in the lower respiratory tract infection in the role and prospects are reviewed.
