结核病是全球范围内传播最广的感染性疾病,其防治形势十分严峻。MTB与宿主细胞之间的相互作用十分复杂,免疫因素在TB的发生和发展过程中起重要作用,Toll样受体4是重要的模式识别受体,单核巨噬细胞、树突细胞、肺泡Ⅱ型上皮细胞均表达TLR4,在抵抗结核分枝杆菌感染中发挥重要作用。本文对Toll样受体4在结核分枝杆菌感染中的作用和研究进展进行综述。
Tuberculosis is the most widely spread infectious disease in the world. Its prevention and treatment situation is very serious. The interaction between MTB and host cells is very complicated, and immune factors play an important role in the occurrence and development of TB. Toll-like receptor 4 is an important pattern recognition receptor, monocyte-macrophage, dendritic cell and alveolar Type II epithelial cells express TLR4 and play an important role in the resistance to M. tuberculosis infection. This article reviews the role of Toll-like receptor 4 in Mycobacterium tuberculosis infection and its research progress.
