目的:优化油茶籽中总黄酮的乙醇提取工艺。方法:以提取温度、提取时间、乙醇体积分数、料液比为自变量,应用Box-Behnken中心组合设计建立数学模型,以总黄酮提取率为响应值作响应面和等高线,采用响应面法优化油茶籽中总黄酮的提取工艺。结果:最佳提取工艺条件为温度66℃,70%乙醇提取1.3 h,料液比1∶22;油茶籽总黄酮提取率1.87%,与理论值(1.89%)接近。结论:该优选工艺稳定可靠,为油茶资源的合理利用提供参考。
Objective: To optimize the extraction technology of total flavonoids from Camellia oleifera seeds. Methods: The mathematical model was set up by the combination of Box-Behnken center with extraction temperature, extraction time, ethanol volume fraction and solid-liquid ratio as independent variables. The response surface and contour were obtained by the extraction rate of total flavonoids. Response surface Optimization of Extraction Process of Total Flavonoids in Camellia oleifera Seeds. Results: The optimal extraction conditions were as follows: temperature 66 ℃, extraction time 70 h with ethanol 1.3 h, ratio of material to liquid 1:22; extraction rate of total flavonoids from Camellia oleifera seeds 1.87%, close to the theoretical value of 1.89%. Conclusion: The optimal process is stable and reliable, providing a reference for rational utilization of Camellia oleifera resources.
