目的研究ATP生物荧光法在医疗器械清洗质量评价中的应用,为快速检测器械清洗质量提供参考。方法采用ATP生物荧光法,对某医院医疗器械清洗质量进行检测,以评估其实用价值。结果干预后,器械清洗合格率从69.47%上升到85.22%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);干预后RLU均值下降,由2 151下降至858。结论ATP生物荧光法检测能够快速查找出医疗器械清洗的薄弱环节,有效干预有助于提高清洗质量,降低医院感染风险。
Objective To study the application of ATP biofluorescence in the quality evaluation of medical device cleaning and provide a reference for the rapid detection of device cleaning quality. Methods The ATP biofluorescence method was used to detect the cleaning quality of a medical device in a hospital to evaluate its practical value. Results After the intervention, the passing rate of instrument cleaning increased from 69.47% to 85.22%, the difference was statistically significant (P <0.05). After intervention, mean RLU decreased from 2151 to 858. Conclusion ATP biofluorescence assay can quickly find out the weak points in the cleaning of medical devices. Effective intervention can improve the quality of cleaning and reduce the risk of nosocomial infection.
