目的 探讨偏头痛发作期患者血清神经元特异性烯醇化酶 (S -NSE)水平及其对脑神经元的损伤。方法 采用ELISA法对偏头痛发作期 2 9例、间歇期 2 9例及正常人 33例s -NSE进行测定。结果 偏头痛发作期组s-NSE均显著高于其他两组 (P <0 0 1) ;间歇期组与对照组比较无显著差异。结论 偏头痛发作期可导致s -NSE水平升高 ,提示有脑神经元损伤
Objective To investigate the level of serum neuron-specific enolase (S-NSE) in patients with migraine headache and its effect on neuronal damage. Methods 29 cases of migraine attack, 29 cases of intermittent period and 33 cases of normal s-NSE were measured by ELISA. Results The s-NSE in migraine attack group was significantly higher than the other two groups (P <0.01). There was no significant difference between the intermittent group and the control group. Conclusions Migraine attacks may lead to increased levels of s-NSE, suggesting neuronal damage
