将碳酸氢铵撒在土壤表层的施肥方法,利用率只有30%左右。制成颗粒,施入土下二寸左右,可减少碳酸氢铵的流失挥发,肥效期延长15—20天,氮利用率提高到40%以上,搞得好可达50—60%。使用安全,不烧苗,可获得大幅度增产。省农科院土肥所化肥组.用造粒机把粉状碳酸氢铵压成扁椭圆形,粒径1厘米左右,粒重约0.8克,进行深施,增产29.7%。粉状化肥加工成粒状,有手工造粒与机器造粒两种。手下造粒简便易行,但效率低;机器造粒是特制的造粒机模压。江苏省金坛等县化肥厂已直接生产粒肥。
