在中小学体育教学活动中,因部分学生有不遵纪守规的“不良行为”表现,而受到部分教师所实施的体育“惩罚性教育”。这不仅对学生今天与明天的身心健康造成了公开性的伤害和隐性的危害,而且严重违反了我国《义务教育法》、《未成年人保护法》、《教师法》等三部相关法律。为了学生主动地运动,快乐地学习,健康地成长,教师和家长应积极、主动关心中小学生身心健康的和谐发展与全面提高,而不要把体育惩罚作为“教育制裁”学生的工具和手段。
In primary and secondary school physical education activities, because some of the students have “non-compliance” performance, but by some teachers to implement the sports “punitive education ”. This not only poses open injury and hidden dangers to the students ’physical and mental health today and tomorrow, but also seriously violates the three relevant laws such as the Compulsory Education Law, the Law on the Protection of Minors, and the Teachers’ Law . In order for students to take the initiative to exercise, learn happily and grow healthily, teachers and parents should actively and proactively care for the harmonious development and overall improvement of the physical and mental health of primary and secondary school students, instead of using the punishment of sports as a tool and measure for students in “education sanctions” .
