结合试验路铺筑的工程实例,介绍多碎石沥青混合料在高速公路上的应用情况。阐述了多碎石沥青混合料的特点、配合比设计、施工及检测等一系列内容。研究发现,采用两阶段级配检验所确定的SAC级配具有良好的骨架密实结构和路用性能;通过设置两层粘结层,既减缓了半刚性基层反射裂缝的产生和发展,又提高了路面结构的防水能力;多碎石沥青混合料试验路铺筑完成后,效果良好,各项检测指标均符合相关规范要求。
Combined with the test road paving project examples, introduced the application of multi-stone asphalt mixture on the highway. Described the characteristics of multi-stone asphalt mixture, mix design, construction and testing and a series of content. The study found that the SAC gradation determined by the two-stage grading test has a good skeleton compact structure and road performance. By providing two adhesive layers, the SAC gradation not only reduces the generation and development of reflective cracks in the semi-rigid base layer, but also improves the Pavement structure waterproofing capacity; multi-stone asphalt test road paving is completed, the effect is good, the test indicators are in line with relevant norms and requirements.
