Now that the Internet of things, cloud computing, big data and mobile Internet and other modern information technology after another, Beijing urban and rural planning information construction followed its flow, warmly embracing every new technological change. Nowadays, in response to the advent of the era of big data and from the perspective of an international metropolis, in order to build Beijing into a more harmonious, livable and intelligent city, the planning and management of urban and rural areas in Beijing are completing the transformation from traditional planning to smart planning. At present, the Beijing Urban Planning and Design Institute of Beijing City Laboratory (BCL) has taken the Internet thinking, open state
