目的:调查助产士职业压力原因进行分析,提出有效的应对措施。方法:对28名助产士进行问卷调查,采用自行设计的调查表进行压力源问卷调查分析。结果:助产士所感压力源依次为:高风险职业压力,工作量太大,感觉社会地位低、晋升及深造机会少,职业暴露机会大,专业局限发展空间少,专业知识技能缺乏,噪声影响。结论:要缓解助产士的心理压力和社会压力,保障助产士的身心健康,改善助产士工作环境,调动其心理健康自我调节防御机制,帮助助产士减轻心理压力,从容面对职业压力。
Objective: To investigate the causes of occupational stress in midwives and put forward effective countermeasures. Methods: 28 midwives were surveyed by questionnaire, and self-designed questionnaires were used to analyze stressors. Results: The stressors of midwife were as follows: high-risk occupational stress, too much workload, low social status, fewer opportunities for advancement and further education, large occupational exposure, limited professional development space, lack of professional knowledge and skills, and noise impact. Conclusion: To alleviate midwife’s psychological pressure and social pressure, to protect the midwife’s physical and mental health, to improve midwife’s working environment, to mobilize their psychological health self-regulation and defense mechanism to help midwives reduce psychological pressure and calmly face occupational stress.
