23 5 0铝箔轧机工作辊止推轴承频繁发生短寿烧损事故 ,轧机被迫降速运行 ,严重困扰着企业生产。采用全新直接测量轴向力方案 ,对 2 3 5 0铝箔轧机工作辊轴向力大小、作用方向及其周向分布进行全面测量 ,并对测试结果和轴承短寿问题进行分析 ,指出轴向力产生原因及其组成部分 ,轴承短寿烧损的主要原因在于轴向力严重偏载和超载。本测试为研究 2 3 5 0铝箔轧机止推轴承延寿治烧问题提供重要实践依据
