目的了解埃可病毒11型(Echovirus 11,E11)四川分离株的基因特征。方法对2006-2010年四川省急性弛缓性麻痹(Acute Flaccid Paralysis,AFP)病例中分离到的9株E11进行全VP1区逆转录-聚合酶链(RT-PCR)反应扩增和核苷酸序列测定,构建遗传进化树进行基因特征分析。结果 9株E11四川分离株之间核苷酸同源性为85.9%~96.0%,氨基酸同源性为96.0%~98.6%;与Gregory原型株之间的核苷酸同源性为77.6%~79.7%,氨基酸同源性为91.4%~93.1%。9株E11均为A基因型,其中8株为A6基因亚型,1株为A5基因亚型。结论 2006-2010年E11四川分离株为A5和A6基因亚型,其中以A6基因亚型为主。
Objective To understand the genetic characteristics of Sichuan isolates of Echovirus 11 (E11). Methods Nine strains of E11 isolated from acute flaccid paralysis (AFP) cases in Sichuan Province during 2006-2010 were amplified by reverse transcription-polymerase chain reaction (RT-PCR) and their nucleotide sequences Determination, construction of genetic evolution tree for gene characterization. Results The nucleotide homologies of the 9 E11 Sichuan isolates ranged from 85.9% to 96.0% with amino acid identities of 96.0% to 98.6%. The nucleotide homology with the Gregory prototype strain was 77.6% 79.7%, amino acid homology was 91.4% ~ 93.1%. Nine strains of E11 were A genotypes, of which eight were A6 subtype and one was A5 subtype. Conclusion The E11 isolates of Sichuan Province from 2006 to 2010 are subtypes A5 and A6, of which subtype A6 is predominant.
