目的探讨p120连环蛋白(p120ctn)亚型1在非小细胞肺癌(non-small celll ung cancer,NSCLC)的表达及与临床病理因素,E-cadherin表达之间的关系。方法采用免疫组织化学S-P法检测94例NSCLC及相应癌旁正常肺组织中p120ctn亚型1和E-cadherin的表达。结果免疫组化结果显示p120亚型1在正常支气管上皮细胞中表达阳性率为16.0%(15/94),其在NSCLC组织中表达阳性率为46.8%(44/94),差异具有统计学意义(P<0.01)。无淋巴结转移组中p120ctn亚型1阳性率35.2%(19/54)显著低于淋巴结转移组62.5%(25/40,P<0.05)。Ⅰ、Ⅱ期NSCLC患者p120ctn亚型1表达阳性率为40.6%(28/69),显著低于其在Ⅲ、Ⅳ期患者肿瘤细胞的亚型1阳性率[64.0%(16/25),P<0.05]。E-cadherin的表达与NSCLC各临床病理因素均无关(P>0.05)。Spearman相关性分析发现,NSCLC中p120ctn亚型1的表达与E-cadherin的异常表达具有相关性(r=0.286,P<0.05)。结论 p120ctn亚型1在NSCLC组织中的表达显著高于正常肺组织,并且其表达与NSLCL的TNM分期及淋巴结转移相关。p120ctn亚型1的表达与E-cadherin的异常表达具有相关性。
Objective To investigate the expression of p120 catenin (p120ctn) subtype 1 in non-small cell lung cancer (NSCLC) and its relationship with clinical pathological factors and E-cadherin expression. Methods The expressions of p120ctn subtype 1 and E-cadherin in 94 NSCLCs and corresponding normal lung tissues were detected by immunohistochemical S-P method. Results Immunohistochemical results showed that the positive rate of p120 subtype 1 expression in normal bronchial epithelial cells was 16.0% (15/94), which was 46.8% (44/94) in NSCLC tissues, the difference was statistically significant (P <0.01). The positive rate of p120ctn subtype 1 in non-lymph node metastasis group was 35.2% (19/54), which was significantly lower than that in lymph node metastasis group (62.5%, 25/40, P <0.05). The positive rate of p120ctn subtype 1 expression in stage Ⅰ and Ⅱ NSCLC patients was 40.6% (28/69), which was significantly lower than that in stage Ⅲ and Ⅳ patients (64.0%, P = 16/25), P <0.05]. The expression of E-cadherin had no correlation with the clinicopathologic factors of NSCLC (P> 0.05). Spearman correlation analysis showed that the expression of p120ctn subtype 1 in NSCLC correlated with the abnormal expression of E-cadherin (r = 0.286, P <0.05). Conclusion The expression of p120ctn subtype 1 in NSCLC tissues is significantly higher than that in normal lung tissues, and the expression of p120ctn is associated with TNM stage and lymph node metastasis of NSLCL. The expression of p120ctn isoform 1 was correlated with the abnormal expression of E-cadherin.
