目的 :提高药房的服务质量及管理水平。方法 :建立门诊计价收费———药房发药网络系统 ,改变病人的交费、取药程序和药剂人员的工作模式。结果 :提高服务质量 ,增加患者信任度 ,提高管理水平 ,加强核算 ,提高经济效益 ,有利于开展科研和帮助医院科学决策。结论 :注意加强人员培训 ,做好软件开发和硬件的配置工作 ,为推行IC卡交费取药作准备。
Objective: To improve the service quality and management level of the pharmacy. Methods: setting out the outpatient service pricing --- pharmacy drug delivery network system, change the patient’s payment, medication procedures and pharmacy personnel working mode. Results: Improving service quality, increasing patient trust, improving management level, strengthening accounting, and improving economic benefits are conducive to carrying out scientific research and assisting hospitals in making scientific decisions. Conclusion: pay attention to strengthening personnel training, good software development and hardware configuration work, in order to promote the IC card to take medicine to prepare.
