高职院校作为教育机构的一个重要分支,在人才培养方面发挥着巨大的作用。为保证高职院校人才培养的数量与质量,就需要借助相关评价机制对高职教育人才培养质量进行评价。在此背景下,多元社会评价机制应运而生。多元社会评价机制的产生及其在高职教育人才培养质量评估中的运用,既是时代对人才培养的一个新要求,也是提高高职人才培养质量的一个有效途径。因此,对高职教育人才培养质量的多元社会评价机制进行研究非常必要。
Vocational colleges, as an important branch of educational institutions, play a huge role in personnel training. In order to ensure the quantity and quality of personnel training in higher vocational colleges, it is necessary to evaluate the quality of personnel training in higher vocational education by means of relevant evaluation mechanisms. In this context, a multiple social evaluation mechanism has emerged. The emergence of a multiple social evaluation mechanism and its application in the quality assessment of the training of qualified personnel in higher vocational education are not only a new requirement of the times for personnel training but also an effective way of improving the quality of personnel training in higher vocational colleges. Therefore, it is necessary to study the multiple social evaluation mechanism of the quality of talent cultivation in higher vocational education.
