曲轴在磨削修理过程中,其表面加工质量会直接影响整机的使用性能和寿命,本文就磨削过程中曲轴表面常出现的各种线纹进行分析,并提出相应的控制方法。 1.工件表面出现螺旋线(图1) 产生原因 (1)砂轮修整不良;(2)修整砂轮时未用冷却液;(3)砂轮轴心线与工作台导轨不平行;(4)砂轮轴向窜动太大;(5)横向进给量大;(6)工作台导轨润滑不良。 解决方法 (1)修整砂轮,但修整量不宜过多;(2)使用大量冷却液;(3)调整上工作台的导轨面,使其与砂轮轴线平行;
During the process of grinding and repairing, the surface quality of the crankshaft will directly affect the serviceability and life span of the whole machine. In this paper, various kinds of line patterns often appearing on the surface of the crankshaft in the grinding process are analyzed and the corresponding control methods are put forward. 1.
