本文对七种工业用工具钢在离子镀氮化钛之后的热处理进行了研究,离子镀之前,钢件为软化退火状态,离子镀后,进行淬火回火,使基体达到适当的硬度。 研究的内容包括:热处理对氮化钛镀层的附着力,镀层组织及耐磨性能的影响。研究发现,镀层的附着力和耐磨性都比作为对比材料的一般高速钢优越,这一研究证明,可以对于不能在200℃以上回火的低合金钢进行离子镀,进一步扩大离子镀工艺的应用范围。
In this paper, seven kinds of industrial tool steel after ion plating titanium nitride heat treatment were studied before the ion plating, steel softening annealing state, after ion plating, quenching and tempering, so that the substrate to achieve the appropriate hardness. The research contents include: the influence of heat treatment on the adhesion of titanium nitride coating, the coating structure and wear resistance. The study found that the coating adhesion and wear resistance are superior to the general high-speed steel as a comparative material, this study has proved that it can not be more than 200 ℃ low alloy steel tempering ion plating to further expand the ion plating process Application range.
