研究了以ＤＣＪＴＢ掺杂Ａｌｑ作为发光层的红色电致发光器件的发光特性．通过分析Ａｌｑ与Ａｌｑ：ＤＣＪＴＢ的激发光谱与发光光谱，得出了存在着从Ａｌｑ到ＤＣＪＴＢ的能量传递．同时给出并分析了不同ＤＣＪＴＢ掺杂浓度对器件发光特性的影响．
The light emission characteristics of a red electroluminescent device doped with DCqTB with Alq as a light emitting layer were investigated. By analyzing the excitation and emission spectra of Alq and Alq: DCJTB, it is concluded that there exists energy transfer from Alq to DCJTB. At the same time, the influence of different doping concentration of DCJTB on the luminescent properties of the device is given and analyzed.
