研究了以DCJTB掺杂Alq作为发光层的红色电致发光器件的发光特性.通过分析Alq与Alq:DCJTB的激发光谱与发光光谱,得出了存在着从Alq到DCJTB的能量传递.同时给出并分析了不同DCJTB掺杂浓度对器件发光特性的影响.
The light emission characteristics of a red electroluminescent device doped with DCqTB with Alq as a light emitting layer were investigated. By analyzing the excitation and emission spectra of Alq and Alq: DCJTB, it is concluded that there exists energy transfer from Alq to DCJTB. At the same time, the influence of different doping concentration of DCJTB on the luminescent properties of the device is given and analyzed.
