在实验室以辛醇和P_2S_5(配比为4~2:1)等为原料,在100~170℃反应约5h合成了一种新型抗环烷酸腐蚀的硫醇基硫代磷酸辛酯缓蚀剂。试验结果表明,辛醇含量越低,产物中双硫醇基硫代磷酸单辛酯的含量越高,缓蚀效果越好;反应温度较高时,产物的产率较高;在270~280℃或340~350℃温度范围内,合成产物有较好的抗环烷酸缓蚀作用,当其加入量为1000mg/L时,缓蚀效率可达95%以上。
