报道一种利用不同浓度的苯酚对大环二价铜配合物催化的B-Z化学振荡体系的扰动来检测苯酚的方法.大环铜配合物[CuL](ClO4)2是一种类似卟啉环的化合物,其中L为5,7,7,12,14,14-六甲基-1,4,8,11-四氮杂十四-4,11-二烯.实验表明苯酚可以造成大环二价铜配合物催化的B-Z振荡体系的振幅急剧增大.苯酚浓度的对数在2.0×10-7~2.5×10-3M的范围内与振幅的增加值呈正比例的关系,其相关系数为0.994 5.讨论了苯酚对体系扰动的可能机制.
A method for detecting phenol by using different concentration of phenol to perturb BZ chemical oscillation system catalyzed by macrocyclic bivalent copper complex is reported.
