采用高功率Nd:YAG激光器及焊接机器人在线能量不变的情况下对0.7mm厚304奥氏体不锈钢薄板进行了激光焊接试验。采用光学显微镜、显微硬度计、拉伸试验机、扫描电镜等仪器测试分析了接头组织及力学性能,研究了在线能量不变时激光功率和焊接速度的搭配对表面质量、接头组织及力学性能的影响。研究结果表明,激光功率和焊接速度的搭配对焊缝宏观形貌影响较大,激光功率和焊接速度的合理搭配是获得良好接头的关键。
A laser welding test on a 0.7mm thick 304 austenitic stainless steel sheet was carried out with a high power Nd: YAG laser and a welding robot with constant on-line energy. The microstructure and mechanical properties of the joints were analyzed by optical microscope, microhardness tester, tensile tester and scanning electron microscope. The effects of laser power and welding speed on the surface quality, joint structure and mechanical properties Impact. The results show that the combination of laser power and welding speed has great influence on the macroscopic morphology of the weld, and the proper collocation of laser power and welding speed is the key to get a good joint.
