28%百菌清 唑菌酯悬浮剂在黄瓜及土壤中的残留消解动态研究

为了解28%百菌清·唑菌酯悬浮剂在黄瓜及土壤中的残留及降解情况,采用气相色谱-微电子捕获检测器测定黄瓜和土壤中的百菌清及唑菌酯残留量,通过田间试验对黄瓜和土壤中的百菌清及唑菌酯残留消解动态进行了研究。试验结果表明:百菌清及唑菌酯在黄瓜和土壤中消解较快,百菌清及唑菌酯在黄瓜和土壤中消解符合一级动力学方程,百菌清在黄瓜和土壤中的半衰期分别为1.0~3.6 d和2.2~4.9 d,唑菌酯在黄瓜和土壤中的半衰期分别为2.1~3.5 d和3.1~35.0 d,这说明28%百菌清·唑菌酯悬浮剂属于易降解农药。 In order to understand the residue and degradation of 28% chlorothalonil suspension in cucumber and soil, the residues of chlorothalonil and pyraclostrobin in cucumber and soil were determined by gas chromatography-microelectron capture detector Field trials on the cucumber and soil chlorothalonil and residual activity of diacarbyl residues were studied.
