通过对荆州职业技术学院图书馆近3年的“网上留言”进行归类,分析了各类留言产生的原因,探讨了图书馆完善读者服务的途径与方法。
By classifying “online messages” of the library of Jingzhou Vocational and Technical College for nearly 3 years, the causes of various types of messages are analyzed, and the ways and methods of improving the readers’ services are discussed.
