模拟电压比较器是数字化自动控制,测量仪表中常用的重要部件之一。尤其在A/D装置中,比较器更是关键部分,它的灵敏度、线性度、稳定性直接影响A/D变换的精度和可靠性。本文介绍一种选通型高灵敏度模拟电压比较器。其灵敏度为1.5μV;在1OμV内,响应时间为30μs,输入电压可高达2OV;输入温漂系数为—1μV/℃,在最大动态条件下,变化不超过±μV。选通端控制比较器输出。模拟部分和数字电路之间,采用光电隔离器进行隔离。
