采用单矿物浮选试验探讨了N-十二烷基乙二胺(ND)对石英的捕收性能,通过动电位测试、X-射线光电子能谱分析和表面自由能计算分析其在石英表面的吸附机理.结果表明,与十二胺相比,ND对石英具有更好的捕收能力,在捕收剂用量为41.7mg/L,pH=6.6时,石英回收率达到最大值98.10%.表面自由能计算结果表明,石英表面吸附ND后的表面自由能明显降低,疏水性增强;X射线光电子能谱分析和动电位测试结果表明,ND与石英表面主要发生了静电和氢键吸附.
The single mineral flotation test was used to investigate the catalysis of N-dodecylethylenediamine (ND) on quartz. The kinetic potentials, X-ray photoelectron spectroscopy and surface free energy calculations were used to analyze the adsorption of quartz on quartz surface Adsorption mechanism.The results show that compared with dodecylamine, ND has a better ability to collect quartz, the recovery rate of quartz reaches 98.10% when the amount of collector is 41.7mg / L and pH = 6.6.The surface The results of free energy calculations show that the surface free energy of quartz adsorbed on ND decreases obviously and the hydrophobicity increases.
