清华大学土木系的一部分师生,在参加徐水人民公社第一批居民点的农村建筑中,在“就地 取材,节约钢材木材水泥”及“土洋结合”的原则指导下,进行了若干项农村建筑材料的研究。 本文述及的芦苇楼板、芦苇拱屋面及芦苇筋混凝土板,就是上述结合生产所进行的研究工作之一。 本文述及已试制成功的制品计有芦苇楼板,1.5公尺及3.5公尺芦苇筋混凝土楼板,3.5公 尺及 5.6公尺芦苇拱屋架。实验证明,加有白灰焦碴刚性面层、尺寸为220×80×10公分的芦苇 楼板,用三支点支承(支点间距为80公分)在400公斤/公尺2均布荷载或200公斤的两集中 荷载作用下,挠度只有0.1公分及0.15公分,而造价低廉,只有钢筋混凝土楼板造成价的44%。 3.5公尺跨度的芦苇拱,强度刚度都很好,而造价也不过是一般圆木屋架的38%。150×40×8 公分3的芦苇筋混凝土楼板,加荷至2倍设计荷载,一般都不出现裂缝,挠度均在要求范围内。这 些制品均已试用于楼房上,迄今已历时五月,尚完好。 在研究试制和生产地过程中,尚存在若干主要问题示获解决。例如在芦苇楼板及芦苇拱中,同样存在接头及接点的构造处理,防火及防腐问题的可靠措施,用作屋顶的连拱接头处经济而可 靠的防水措?
A group of teachers and students from the Department of Civil Engineering at Tsinghua University, under the guidance of the principle of “individual materials for local use, conservation of steel and wood cement,” and “combination of soil and foreign materials”, participated in a number of rural buildings in the first batch of residential areas in Xushui People’s Commune. Experiments have shown that a reed floor with a white ash-resilient rigid surface and dimensions of 220×80×10 cm is used, with three-point support (80 cm between fulcrums) at a uniform load of 400 kg/m 2 or two at 200 kg. Under the concentrated load, the deflection is only 0.1cm and 0.15cm, but the cost is low, only the reinforced concrete floor caused the price of 44%. The 3.5-metre-span reed arch has good strength and stiffness, and the cost is only 38% of that of a typical round timber truss. Concrete slabs of 150 × 40 × 8 cm thick reed-bar reinforced concrete are loaded to twice the design load. Cracks generally do not occur, and the deflection is within the required range. These products have been tried on the building and so far it has been completed in May and is still in good condition. In the process of studying the trial production and production areas, there are still some major problems that have been resolved.
