由上海橡胶制品研究所研制的SIRP人工尿道括约肌是由套袖、泵、贮液箱、控制阀及导管组成的动态工作系统,设计合理、具有一定的先进性,通过大量的体外模拟试验及初步的动物试验证明,该装置能够有效地控制排尿,防止尿失禁。在系统的工作性能、耐疲劳性能等方面均达到了设计要求,已具备了向临床应用过渡的基本条件。
