制备了聚缬氨酸修饰电极,考察氧氟沙星在此电极上的电化学行为,并测定其含量。在-1.4~2.5 V电位范围内,以100 mV/s扫描速率循环扫描10周,制备的修饰电极可使氧氟沙星的电化学信号最强。在pH 6.0的枸橼酸-磷酸氢二钠缓冲液中,扫描速率80 mV/s,氧氟沙星在1.00×10-7~5.65×10-5 mol/L浓度范围内线性关系良好,最低检测限为8.50×10-8 mol/L。低、中、高浓度样品回收率分别为95.0%、98.3%和102.1%,RSD分别为2.97%、4.33%和2.68%。
Poly-valine modified electrode was prepared to study the electrochemical behavior of ofloxacin on the electrode and determine its content.
