随着我国经济快速发展,医疗卫生事业不断推进,能够满足人们的医疗需求。对于医院而言,专业技能型人才是决定医院发展的重要因素。对此,医院人才招聘不容忽视。但是,纵观医院人才招聘现状,存在许多问题,不利于医院更好为社会大众而服务。对此,有关人员有必要针对医院人才招聘问题而提出合理的解决措施。本文主要从问题着手,进一步提出改进策略。
With the rapid economic development in our country, the medical and health undertakings have been continuously promoted to meet people’s medical needs. For hospitals, skilled professionals are an important factor in the development of a hospital. In this regard, hospital personnel recruitment can not be ignored. However, looking at the status quo of hospital personnel recruitment, there are many problems that are not conducive to the hospital to better serve the community. In this regard, it is necessary for the personnel concerned to propose reasonable solutions to the problem of hospital personnel recruitment. This article mainly from the problem to further improve strategies.
