1.故障现象1台5t级装载机变速器油温升高后出现无低速挡故障。当挂入前进Ⅰ挡时,自动跳到前进Ⅲ挡,作业一段时间后有时会自动跳回前进Ⅰ挡,挂Ⅱ挡时也是自动跳至Ⅲ挡。该装载机挂空挡正常,变速器压力显示正常。2.工作原理该装载机采用定轴式变速器,设有前进、倒退及空挡,前进、倒退分别有4种行驶速度。前进和倒退由KF前进挡离合器和KR倒退挡离合器控制,4种行驶速度由K1、K2、K3、K4挡位离合器控制,挡位离合器的接合与分离由变速阀上的S1、S2、S3、S4、S5这5个挡位电磁阀控制,
