目的:探讨引导装置对X射线车辆体检室内的防护效果,为引导装置应用于防护提供依据。方法:参照GBZ 130-2013《医用X射线诊断放射防护要求》使用X-γ剂量当量率仪检测体检室内的各采样点。结果:统计结果表明加引导装置的体检车内各监测点剂量率比无引导装置的体检车内各监测点剂量率低。结论:引导装置能有效降低体检室内的散射,减小受检者非受检部位的受照剂量。
Objective: To explore the protective effect of the guiding device on the physical examination room of X-ray vehicles and to provide the basis for guiding the device to be used in the protection. Methods: Refer to GBZ 130-2013 “Radiation Protection Requirements for Medical X-Ray Diagnostics”. The X-γ dose-equivalent rate detector was used to detect the sampling points in the physical examination room. Results: The statistical results show that the dose rate of each monitoring point in the car body with guiding device is lower than the dose rate of each monitoring point in the car without guiding device. Conclusion: The guide device can effectively reduce the scattering in the physical examination room and reduce the dose of the non-examined part of the examinee.
