针对板条、盘片和管状激光器由于不是圆形光斑而难于聚焦及棒状激光器的热效应问题,设计了一种双半圆柱激光器。双半圆柱激光器能实现圆斑输出,而热效应要优于棒状激光器。用ANSYS软件进行的热效应数值模拟分析表明,双半圆柱状激光器比棒状激光器最高温度低25℃左右,最大温差低11℃左右,最大热应力在棒状激光器的60%以下。
Aiming at slab, disk and tube lasers, which are difficult to focus because of circular spot and the thermal effect of rod lasers, a double semi-cylindrical laser is designed. Double half cylindrical laser to achieve circular output, and the thermal effect is better than the rod laser. The numerical simulation of thermal effect with ANSYS software shows that the double-half cylindrical laser is about 25 ℃ lower than the maximum temperature of the rod laser, the maximum temperature difference is about 11 ℃, and the maximum thermal stress is less than 60% of the rod laser.
