目的:观察石荠苧总黄酮对草酸钙晶体生长的体外抑制作用。方法:建立体外两种过饱和草酸钙溶液体系,进行草酸钙结晶动力学和形态学研究,观察石荠苧总黄酮对草酸钙结晶形成过程中结晶成核、生长、聚集的影响,以及对草酸钙结晶大小、形状的影响。结果:石荠苧总黄酮可延长结晶形成的诱导时间(Ti),降低成核(SN)和聚集速率(SA)。延长COT、COD向COM转化的时间,降低结晶的密度,从而减少结晶与肾上皮细胞的亲和力,促进结晶随尿液排出。结论:石荠苧总黄酮可能是一种抑制草酸钙结石的潜在绿色药物。
Objective: To observe the inhibitory effect of total flavonoids of Mosla henryi on the growth of calcium oxalate crystals. Methods: Two kinds of supersaturated calcium oxalate solution were established in vitro. The crystallization kinetics and morphology of calcium oxalate were studied. The effects of total flavonoids of Mosla henryi on crystal nucleation, growth and aggregation during the crystallization of calcium oxalate were observed. Calcium crystal size, shape of the impact. Results: Total flavones of Mosla henryi prolonged the induction time (Ti), reduced the nucleation rate (SN) and aggregation rate (SA). Extend the COT, COD to COM conversion time, reduce the density of crystallization, thereby reducing the affinity of the crystalline and renal epithelial cells, promote the crystallization with the urine. Conclusion: The total flavonoids of Mosla henryi may be a potential green drug that inhibits calcium oxalate stones.
