[目的]研究生防细菌B296、B253对小麦纹枯病的防病效果。[方法]从土壤中筛选2株生防细菌(B296和B253),研究其对小麦纹枯病菌(Rhizoctonia cerealis)的生物活性,并对其防病效果进行分析。[结过]结果表明,生防细菌B296、B253对小麦纹枯病菌的抑菌率分别达85.9%和83.8%。在灭菌土中,生防菌的防效要明显高于自然土中的防效,B296达57.96%,B253达69.43%。生防菌B296和B253田间试验防效分别为55.16%和37.05%。[结论]该研究为小麦纹枯病的防治提供理论依据。
[Objective] The research aimed to study the preventive effect of B296 and B253 on wheat sheath blight. [Method] Two strains of biocontrol bacteria (B296 and B253) were screened from soil and their biological activities against Rhizoctonia cerealis were studied, and their anti-disease effects were analyzed. [Results] The results showed that the inhibitory rates of biocontrol bacteria B296 and B253 to wheat sheath blight were 85.9% and 83.8%, respectively. In sterilizing soil, the antifungi control effect was significantly higher than that of natural soil, reaching 57.96% in B296 and 69.43% in B253. Biocontrol bacteria B296 and B253 field control efficacy were 55.16% and 37.05%. [Conclusion] The research provided theoretical basis for the prevention and control of wheat sheath blight.
