目的探索研究一种新型反相烧结薄层板,有效克服电色谱展开中焦耳热对分离的影响,为中药材有效成分的分离鉴定提供一种快速分析的方法。方法将薄层硅胶粉和玻璃微粉烧结在氮化铝陶瓷片上,再键合三氯十八烷基硅烷制成反相烧结板;用IR分析和差示量热分析方法进行反相键合相的表征,电色谱展开进行分离性能的评价。结果 5种染料完全分离,斑点直径小、理论塔板数为1 160 cm,分离时间为3 m in;鉴别了白芍中5种有效成分,分别是苯甲酸、没食子酸、没食子酸甲酯、芍药苷、1,2,3,4,6-五没食子酰葡萄糖,斑点清晰,分离时间为7 min。结论以氮化铝陶瓷为载板的新型反相烧结板制备方法可行,在平面电色谱中起到了良好的单面散热效果。
OBJECTIVE To explore a new type of anti-phase sintered thin plate, which can effectively overcome the influence of Joule heat on the separation during electrochromatography and provide a rapid method for the isolation and identification of active ingredients in Chinese herbal medicines. Methods The thin silica powder and glass powder were sintered on the aluminum nitride ceramic plate, then the trichlorooctadecylsilane was bonded to form the anti-phase sintered plate. The phase of reversed phase bonding was analyzed by IR and differential calorimetry The characterization of electrochromatography was carried out to evaluate the separation performance. Results The five kinds of dyes were completely separated, the spot diameter was small, the number of theoretical plates was 1 160 cm and the separation time was 3 m in. The five effective components of Radix Paeoniae Alba were identified as benzoic acid, gallic acid, methyl gallate, Paeoniflorin, 1,2,3,4,6 - five galloyl glucose, spots clear, the separation time of 7 min. Conclusion The method of preparing a new type of reverse-phase sintered plate with aluminum nitride ceramic as a carrier is feasible and has a good single-side heat dissipation effect in planar electrochromatography.
