为提高激光近净成形多道搭接熔覆层表面平整性,通过实验研究了在临界搭接条件下激光功率、扫描速度和送粉速率对Ni60粉末多道搭接熔覆层高度、表面波动幅值、熔覆层高度波动值以及幅高比的影响规律。建立了搭接率与激光功率、扫描速度和送粉量之间的关系预测模型,并进行搭接率优化。研究结果表明,随激光功率增大,熔覆层高度波动增大,表面波动幅值先降低后增加;随扫描速度增大,熔覆层高度波动减小,表面波动幅值先降低后增加;随送粉量增大,熔覆层高度波动增大,表面波动幅值增加;搭接率选择要适当小于临界搭接率。
In order to improve the surface flatness of lap-lap coating, the laser power, scanning speed and powder feeding rate were investigated experimentally on the lapping height, surface fluctuation Amplitude, cladding height fluctuation value and amplitude-height ratio. A prediction model of the relationship between lapped rate, laser power, scanning speed and powder feeding volume was established and the lap-over rate was optimized. The results show that with the increase of laser power, the height of cladding layer increases and the amplitude of surface layer first decreases and then increases. With the increase of scanning speed, the height of cladding layer decreases and the amplitude of surface layer first decreases and then increases. With the increase of the feeding powder, the height of the cladding layer increases and the amplitude of the surface wave increases. The lap-lag ratio should be less than the critical lap-lap rate.
