【目的】优化瘤果黑种草生物碱乙醇提取工艺。【方法】Box-Behnke中心组合设计为原理,以乙醇浓度、料液比、提取温度、提取时间为自变量,生物碱含量为因变量,利用Minitab程序进行分析。【结果】确定了瘤果黑种草生物碱乙醇提取的最优工艺,工艺参数乙醇浓度为69%、料液比10 mL/g、提取温度83℃、提取时间160 min,在此条件下生物碱含量为3.89 mg/g。【结论】该方法能很好地对瘤果黑种草生物碱乙醇提取工艺进行优化。
【Objective】 The objective of this study was to optimize the ethanol extraction process of alkaloids from the tumor of black alga. 【Method】 The combined design of Box-Behnke center was used as principle. The concentration of ethanol, the ratio of solid to liquid, the extraction temperature, the extraction time were independent variables and the alkaloid content was the dependent variable. The Minitab program was used for the analysis. 【Result】 The optimum conditions for the extraction of alkaloid alkaloids from N. tabacum were determined. The parameters of ethanol concentration were 69%, the ratio of solid to liquid was 10 mL / g, the extraction temperature was 83 ℃ and the extraction time was 160 min. Under these conditions, The alkali content is 3.89 mg / g. 【Conclusion】 This method can optimize the ethanol extraction process of the alkaloid alkaloids from the black kumquat.
