高效课堂,简言之,就是用尽可能少的时间获取最大教学效益的教学活动。高效课堂的实现关键在两点,一是教师,要积极转变观念,由“灌输者”向“引导者”转变,学做课堂的导演;二是学生,教师要善于调动学生的积极性,使其主动参与到高效课堂构建中,引导学生做一名合格的演员,让课堂成为塑造学生人格和吸取智慧的“活力运动场”。本文对构建高中历史高效课堂教学进行了探索。
