目的查明引起食物中毒事件发生的原因,追查致病菌污染来源,为监督执法提供依据。方法采集标本16份,根据国家相关标准进行沙门菌、志贺菌、致泻大肠埃希菌、副溶血弧菌和金黄色葡萄球菌检测。结果从7份标本中分离到金黄色葡萄球菌,通过PCR检测,证实均含肠毒素(A、B、D)。根据实验室检测结果,结合病人临床表现和流行病学调查,判定是一起因食用被金黄色葡萄球菌污染的食物引起的中毒。结论卫生监督机构应严格执法,加强相关人员的培训和健康体检,加大对群众进行科普知识的宣传力度,避免类似事件发生。
Objective To identify the causes of food poisoning incidents, trace the source of pathogens and provide the basis for supervision and law enforcement. Methods Sixteen samples were collected, and Salmonella, Shigella, Escherichia coli, Vibrio parahaemolyticus and Staphylococcus aureus were detected according to relevant national standards. Results Staphylococcus aureus was isolated from 7 specimens and confirmed to contain enterotoxins (A, B, D) by PCR. According to the laboratory test results, combined with the patient’s clinical manifestations and epidemiological investigations, the decision is due to consumption of food contaminated with Staphylococcus aureus caused by poisoning. Conclusion Health supervision agencies should strictly enforce the law, strengthen relevant personnel training and physical examination, increase public awareness of popular science knowledge to avoid similar incidents.
