我院1989年1月至1990年4月以雷尼替丁加维生素E 治疗十二指肠球部溃疡50例收到显著效果。本组95例,男63例,女32例,年龄17～68岁。均经胃镜检查确诊为活动性溃疡,其中复合性溃疡12例,胃溃疡32例,十二指肠球部溃疡51例,病程1～34年。95例按就诊顺序随机分成治疗组和对照组,均在门诊治疗。治疗组50例,每日口服雷尼替丁300mg,分早、晚各一次,每次同时口服维生素E400mg,对照组每日口服雷尼替丁300mg,服药时间方法同治疗组、两组疗程均为四周,疗程结束后4天内进行胃镜检查。
Our hospital from January 1989 to April 1990 with ranitidine plus vitamin E treatment of duodenal ulcer in 50 cases received a significant effect. The group of 95 patients, 63 males and 32 females, aged 17 to 68 years. All of them were diagnosed as active ulcer by gastroscopy. There were 12 cases of complex ulcer, 32 cases of gastric ulcer and 51 cases of duodenal ulcer. The course of disease ranged from 1 to 34 years. Ninety-five cases were randomly divided into treatment group and control group according to the order of treatment, all in outpatient treatment. 50 cases of treatment group, daily oral ranitidine 300mg, points early and late, each time vitamin E 400mg orally, the control group daily oral ranitidine 300mg, taking the same time with the treatment group, both treatment groups For four weeks, after the end of treatment for gastroscopy within 4 days.
