以“大石早生李”“安哥诺李”“黑宝石李”“李王”4个李品种为试材,以喷水处理为对照,研究了喷施适宜浓度的外源水杨酸(SA)或脱落酸(ABA)对-2℃低温处理4h后4个品种的李花抗寒性及相关生理指标的影响。结果表明:0.20mmol·L~(-1) SA、0.15mmol·L~(-1)SA、50mg·L~(-1) ABA、20mg·L~(-1) ABA可以分别显著降低“大石早生李”“安哥诺李”“黑宝石李”“李王”的过冷却点温度,提高李花的抗寒性;对“大石早生李”“安哥诺李”“黑宝石李”“李王”4个李品种分别喷施适宜浓度的激素,低温胁迫下4个品种电解质外渗率比对照依次降低了32.19%、15.82%、40.60%、35.52%;丙二醛(MDA)含量比对照依次降低了5.46%、5.11%、17.98%、9.40%,O_2~·产生速率比对照依次降低了10.24%、32.44%、7.67%、53.09%;H_2O_2含量比对照依次降低了19.99%、53.15%、30.17%、24.04%。喷施适宜浓度的外源SA、ABA可以减弱低温胁迫下李花的膜质过氧化作用,降低低温对细胞膜的破坏,从而一定程度上提高李花的抗寒性。

Spraying appropriate concentrations of exogenous SA, ABA could weaken the membrane lipid peroxidation of Lilium chinense under low temperature stress, reduce the destruction of cell membrane by low temperature, and to some extent, improve the cold resistance of Lilium.
