餐后糖尿病(Isolated Post-challenge Daibetes.IPD)是2型糖尿病(Type 2 diabetes mellitus,T2DM)的一种类型,主要表现为空腹血糖正常(空腹血糖<6.0mmol/L),而餐后血糖异常(餐后血糖≥11.1mmol/L)在一些常规体检中,IPD患者常常被漏诊。本研究通过对IPD患者血清游离脂肪酸谱的代谢组学研究,寻找诊断IPD患者的生物标志物,为餐后糖尿病的早期诊断和预防提供理论依据。利用GC-MS测定研究人群的血清游离脂肪酸谱,结合多变量统计分析方法(PCA和PLS-DA)对游离脂肪酸谱进行判别分析,从而确定油酸(C18:1),亚油酸(C18:2)和亚麻酸(C18:3)为诊断IPD的生物标志物这些标志物的确定为餐后高血糖症的早期发现和早期防治提供科学依据
Isolated Post-challenge Daidtes (IPD) is a type of Type 2 diabetes mellitus (T2DM) characterized by fasting blood glucose (fasting blood glucose <6.0 mmol / L) and postprandial blood glucose abnormality (Postprandial blood glucose> 11.1 mmol / L) In some routine physical examinations, IPD patients are often missed. In this study, metabolomics studies of serum free fatty acid profiles in patients with IPD were conducted to find biomarkers for the diagnosis of IPD patients and provide a theoretical basis for the early diagnosis and prevention of postprandial diabetes mellitus. Serum free fatty acid profiles of the study population were analyzed by GC-MS, and the free fatty acid profiles were analyzed by multivariate statistical analysis (PCA and PLS-DA) to determine the content of oleic acid (C18: 1), linoleic acid 2) and linolenic acid (C18: 3) as biomarkers for the diagnosis of IPD These markers provide a scientific basis for the early detection and early prevention of postprandial hyperglycemia
