采用X射线衍射试验(XRD)研究了掺加橡胶颗粒的水泥净浆水化产物的物相结构。结果表明:(1)水泥净浆的抗压强度随橡胶颗粒掺量的增加而降低;(2)尽管水泥的化学成分复杂,但掺入橡胶颗粒后,在其水化产物中并没有发现新的物相结构;(3)掺加橡胶颗粒的水泥净浆的水化产物中氢氧化钙(CH)晶体的衍射峰强度显著降低,原因之一可能是由于橡胶的憎水性使得橡胶颗粒与水泥石之间界面过渡区中CH晶体的粒径减小所致。结论为进一步研究橡胶颗粒与水泥石之间的界面过渡区提供参考。
X-ray diffraction (XRD) was used to investigate the phase structure of hydration products of cement paste mixed with rubber particles. The results show that: (1) The compressive strength of cement paste decreases with the increase of rubber particle content. (2) Although the chemical composition of cement is complex, no incorporation of rubber particles into the hydration products of cement (3) The intensity of the diffraction peak of calcium hydroxide (CH) crystal in the hydration product of cement paste with rubber particles is significantly reduced. One of the reasons may be due to the hydrophobic nature of the rubber so that the rubber particles and the cement The size of CH crystals in the transitional region between the stones decreases. Conclusion The study provides a reference for further studying the interface transition zone between rubber particles and cement stone.
