本世纪的前十年,在新工党政治的领导下,英国政府针对英国青年的现实状况和青年工作出现的问题,制定和发布了一系列青年工作的法案和政府报告,对青年工作进行规范和引导,提出了新时期青年工作的原则、目标和应对挑战的具体措施。英国青年工作呈现出部门整合和量化管理两大趋势。整合化模式和指标化管理不仅有相同的理论逻辑,还反映出互通的实践路径,在不断推进青年工作向前发展的同时,也对青年工作的传统观念带来了冲击。
In the first decade of this century, under the leadership of New Labor politics, the British government formulated and promulgated a series of bills and government reports on young people’s work in the light of the actual conditions of British youth and problems that have arisen in their youth work. Guide and put forward the principles, targets and concrete measures to deal with the challenges of young people in the new period. British youth work shows two major trends of departmental integration and quantitative management. The integrated model and indexed management not only have the same theoretical logic but also reflect the practice path of interworking. While advancing the development of youth work, they also impact on the traditional concept of youth work.
